Create(bottomSheetId: string, configs: string): IBottomSheet
Create the new BottomSheetItem instance and add it to the bottomSheetItemsMap
Parameters
- bottomSheetId: string
  ID of the Pattern that a new instance will be created.
- configs: string
  Configurations for the Pattern in JSON format.
Returns IBottomSheet
