Create(carouselId: string, configs: string, provider: string): ICarousel
Create the new CarouselItem instance and add it to the carouselItemsMap
Parameters
- carouselId: string
  ID of the Pattern that a new instance will be created.
- configs: string
  Configurations for the Pattern in JSON format.
- provider: string
Returns ICarousel
