Create(sectionIndexItemId: string, configs: string): ISectionIndexItem
Create the new SectionIndexItemItem instance and add it to the sectionIndexItemItemsMap
Parameters
- sectionIndexItemId: string
  ID of the Pattern that a new instance will be created.
- configs: string
  Configurations for the Pattern in JSON format.
