Create(swipeEventsId: string, configs: string): ISwipeEvents
Create the new SwipeEvents instance and add it to the SwipeEventssMap
Parameters
- swipeEventsId: string
  ID of the Pattern that a new instance will be created.
- configs: string
  Configurations for the Pattern in JSON format.
Returns ISwipeEvents
