Create(sectionIndexId: string, configs: string): IParent
Create the new SectionIndexItem instance and add it to the sectionIndexItemsMap
Parameters
- sectionIndexId: string
  ID of the Pattern that a new instance will be created.
- configs: string
  Configurations for the Pattern in JSON format.
Returns IParent
